DSTA20

Shot this interview leading up to the Defence Science & Technology Agency (DSTA)’s 20th Anniversary with a writer from the Journalist team. Essentially a one-man operation, so lights used were minimal and portable (read: not very strong). Used shallow depth of field to reduce the amount of distractions that might be in the background. Did minimal set curation (i.e. temporarily shifting items in the background around or out of frame.

As the visuals were mostly static, I used the Canon EOS R with a 50mm f1.4 lens set on a tripod.
